In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and will own components of the overall HR Strategy as well as delivering against enterprise priorities. As the Human Resources Manager, you will use your strong technical and analytical skills to lead and coordinate HR operational and strategic activities such as recruiting, talent management, HRIS implementation and maintenance, benefits, compensation, payroll administration and leadership development. The ideal candidate will have the ability to oversee daily operation of company HRIS, generate and create reports and dashboards, examples i.e.; turnover reports, hiring costs, benefit reports. You will collaborate with IT to perform regular testing and audits of HRIS to ensure compliance with data protection regulations. The Senior Manager of Human Resources will implement new system integrations as needed.
